To engage in Fiscal Sponsorship with PPF, we require additional information about you and your charitable project (“foundation”). Please complete our brief application via the form below, which takes approximately 10 minutes. Someone from the PPF staff will reply within 2-3 business days.

NOTE: Setting up a Fiscal Sponsorship account with PPF requires a $5,000.00 minimum deposit, due to a requirement of our banking partner in order to establish a business checking account. By completing this free application to engage in Fiscal Sponsorship with PPF, you are not committing to a partnership, but rather, providing us more information on your project.
